Catherine Porter married Saluthial Chadwick in Ohio, March 13, 1834. Per Saluthial's death certificate reported by his son Silas, he is buried in the "Cook" Cemetery; this cemetery has several names, Pioneer, Cook & Wood. Most markers were made of wood and a prairie fire destroyed them. It is assumed by the family that Catharine is also buried here. Catherine is on the 1870 Haney Twp. census and not with Saluthial on the 1880, Haney Twp. census.

1. Caroline Chadwick was born in Mar 1835 in Ohio. Married John Wayne, She died on 03 Mar 1901 in Grant County, Wi.
2. Malena Chadwick was born in 1837 in Ohio. She married James Phillip Rounds on 07 Oct 1852. She died on 02 Apr 1886 in Crawford County, WI.
3. Emmaline 'Sarah' Chadwick was born on 18 Apr 1841 in Ohio. She married First to a John Warren Van Allen and had sons Warren 1859/Charles 1861; then to Josiah Jessup 1867-Sep-17. Then to Francis A."Frank" Hart on 19 Dec 1871 in Grant County, Boscobel, Wisconsin She died on 19 Sep 1918 in Wisconsin.
4. Meinerra Jane Chadwick was born in Mar 1844 in Ohio. She married John Fortney in
1860 in Wisconsin. She married (2) Jesse Davis.
5. John L. Chadwick was born on 12 Mar 1847 in Illinois. He married Adella Brown on 23
Apr 1876 in Crawford County, Wisconsin. He died on 13 Apr 1899 in Soldiers Grove,North Clayton, Crawford County, WI.
6. Silas Harden Chadwick was born in Sep 1855 in Illinois. He married Mary E. Brown on 22 Sep 1883 in Crawford County, Wi. He married (2&3) Jemima Miller (twice). He Married Wilma Pratt Cramer in Colorado. He died in 1925 in Colorado ABOUT 1925
7. Catherine Chadwick was born in 1854 in Wisconsin[4]. She married J. Clyde McLiman on 10 Jul 1878 in Grant County Wisconsin. She died after 1899.
8. Irena Lucinda "Anah" Chadwick was born on 16 Apr 1858 in Crawford County, Steuben, WI. She married Isaac (Ike) Farris Posey on 31 Mar 1878 in Marietta, Crawford Co.,
WI. She died on 24 Mar 1912 in Prarie du Chien, Crawford Co., WI
