Mrs. Susan C. Perry Dies Near Carrollton
CARROLLTON, Texas, Feb 4, Mrs. Susan Carrie Perry, 77, who lived at the same place near Carrollton, Dallas County, fifty nine years, died Monday at the home.
Her husband, John Hardin Perry, was the son of the late A. W. Perry, on whose land the town of Carrollton was built.
Services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Carrollton Baptist Church, the Rev. A. P. Pilgreen officiating.
Burial will be at Perry Cemetery near Carrollton.
Surviving are her husband, four daughters, Mrs. Cora Kennedy, Mrs. Maude Johnston, Mrs. Minnie Belle Bailey, all of Carrollton, and Mrs. Maggie Bryant of Houston; a son Alex Perry of Beaumont; two sisters, Mrs. Minnie C. Stone of Atlanta and Mrs. Mary Bryson of Austin.
