Sarah (Place) Bannister was the daughter of Paul and Judith (Brown) Place. She was the wife of Rev. Warren Bannister. They were married Rochester, New Hampshire February 5, 1810. He was a minister in the New England Conference and Genesee (now Western New York) Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church.
