Funeral Wednesday For James H. Pitts
PARIS — Funeral services for James H. Pitts were held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Speed and Blakey Funeral Home with the Rev. S. B. Owings, pastor of the Oak Ridge Christian Church, in charge. Interment was in the Paris cemetery.
Mr. Pitts, 78, died Monday morning in Boone County hospital in Columbia after surgery Sunday evening. He was born and lived his entire life near Paris.
