"Ruby Bettie Pittman, born on September 24, 1913, was taken to the Lord on Tuesday, November 19, 2002. She was born to Claud and Bettie nee Dunaway Crow at Fairfield, Texas. She married Harrison W. Pittman in 1931. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her daughter, Shirley Burrier; and by three brothers and two sisters. She is survived by her sister, Magdalene Olsen; grandchildren, Mark Walden, Karen Smith, and Kim Smyth; great-grandchildren, Crystal Huckabaa and husband, Keith, Tiffany Martin, and Robert Martin, Jackie Heather, Pricilla, and Chloe Figueroa; great-great-grandchild, Caitlyn Huckabaa; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a long-time faithful member of Skyview Baptist Church and for many years a member of the Skyview Kitchen Band, appearing all around the area. She was a salesperson at Scarbrough's for 37 years, waiting on senators, governors, and a president...."
