Arthur John Pittelkow, 79, died unexpectedly Sunday, July 12, 2009, in a Reno hospital. He retired in 1992 after 43 years with NCR, including four years served in the U.S. Navy. Arthur is survived by Edna, his wife of 53 years; three daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara (Paul), Donna (Bob), and Carla (Doug); and five grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Lakeside Drive, Reno, NV, on Tuesday, July 21, 2009, at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his name are encouraged to be made to a charity of donor's choice. O'Brien-Rogers & Crosby Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
