Janet Marie Pirtle of Ridgecrest, CA died Friday, 3 Jun 2011.
She was born Janet Marie McElfish to Marie McElfish Page and the late Frank Adams McElfish, Sr. on 1 Apr 1950 in Los Angeles, CA. Janet graduated from Burroughs High School in 1968.
Janet was always the life of the party and, with her quick wit, was entertainment for all. She loved to tell jokes and tease everyone — even those she met for the first time. Her many friends always enjoyed and appreciated all the love and fun Janet brought to every occasion.
Janet is survived by two children: Lance Stull of Santa Maria, CA and Jenny Ames of Ridgecrest. She is also survived by six grandchildren, her mother Marie McElfish Page, brother Frank McElfish and sister Karen Monger.
A memorial service was held at Desert Christian Center.
Janet, you are with the angels now and your spirit free. You will always be in our hearts.
