Orvella, wife of Joseph Bottenfield, died at 4.10 a.m. Sunday, at her residence, 2716 Maple avenue, of pneumonia after an illness of two weeks. She was born in this city Dec. 6, 1893, and was a member of the Second Presbyterian church. She was the daughter of the late Herman and Sarah (Herr) Piper. She is survived by her husband and two
sisters, Mrs. H. M. Smyers, and Mrs. A. E. Detwiler, both of this city. The funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon with services at the house at 3 o'clock, conducted by Rev. H. H. Stiles. Interment in Oak Ridge cemetery.
