She was educated in the schools of Dallas Plantation.
She worked at Forster Manufacturing Co. in Strong, for the Strong School hot lunch program and later cleaned houses in the Strong area for many years. She was a member of the Strong Church of the Nazarene. On Sept. 14, 1984, Lillian she was chosen the State Sunday school teacher of the year for the Nazarene Churches.
She enjoyed gardening, knitting, crocheting and being with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Ira "Joe" Berry of Farmington, ME; three daughters, Margaret Huff of Strong, ME; Cindy Quinlan of Sabattus, ME; and Shelly Seavey of Strong, ME; a brother Kendall Pillsbury of Strong, ME; four sisters Rebecca Ellis of Strong, ME; Marilyn Howard of Strong, ME; Marie Campbell of Phillips, ME; and Lucretia Dudley of Phillips, ME; 10 grandchildren, Amy Coburn; Kendra Snow; Kaylene Bacon; Julie Donahue; Crystal Quinlan; Amy Quinlan; Becca Quinlan; Chase Seavey; Jeremy Seavey and Tabby Seavey; two great-grandchildren Andrew Donahue and Amelia Donahue.
She was predeceased by two brothers Oscar and Arlo Pillsbury; sister Rowena Presby and half-sister Emma Autotte and a daughter Pamela.
