Opal Phillips Bane 75, of Fremont, Calif., formerly of Cameron R.D. 4, W. V., died Friday, November 19, 1982, in Fremont.

She was born June 9, 1907, in Marshall County, W. Va., the daughter of Henry and Emma Conklin Phllips.

She was a member of the Clouston Methodist Church and Lorraine Chaper 9, Order of Eastern Star in Cameron.

Surviving are her husband Harvey Russell (Bus) Bane of Fremont, Calif., two daughters, Mrs. Betty Pletcher and Mrs. Bonnie Van Wegen, both of Fremont, Calif., a son Robert of Pittsburgh, two sisters, Mrs. Inez Rine of Proctor, W. Va. and Mrs. Essie Cumpston of Cameron R.D. 4; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
