Elizabeth "Betty" Armstrong, 95, of Shreve, died Wednesday, March 2, 2005, at her residence.
Services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Schlabach Funeral Home in Shreve with the Rev. Christopher P. Stewart officiating. Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call Friday from 6-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

She was born Feb. 18, 1910, in Cleveland to James "Frank" and Ida A. (Flack) Phillips and married Kenneth L. Armstrong on Jan. 10, 1930. He died Feb. 6, 1997.
She was a member of the Shreve Presbyterian Church, the Clinton Grange, the Friendly Neighbors Club, and had been a 4-H adviser for many years. She had sold Stanley Home Products for many years.
Surviving are three sons, Lemoyne (Shirley) Armstrong of Wooster, Gerald (Mary Lynn) Armstrong of Shreve and Richard "Pete" (Cindy) Armstrong of Wooster; a daughter, Donna (Bob) Wachtel of Rittman; 15 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren, and a son-in-law, Jim (JoAnne) Spurlock of Wooster.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Dorothy Spurlock, a grandson, two brothers, Albert and John Phillips, and two sisters, Marjorie Moore and Marcella Blackie.
