Death of Archie L. Phillips.

EDITOR GRIT:—

On last Tuesday afternoon, April 4th, 1911, about 2:30 o'clock the death Angel visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. B. D. Phillips and bore away their son, Archie. He was a member of Tyson Creek Baptist Church, and a faithful Sunday school worker, and lived a very beautiful life. He was loved by his school mates, teacher and all who knew him, and he has set a good example for other young men to follow. He was sick just a few days when his suffering was ended, for there will be no pain in heaven. He was just in the prime of life, being 16 years of age, and he leaves behind him a father, mother, three sisters, three brothers, relatives, and host of friends to mourn their loss. He was laid to rest in Tyson Creek Church graveyard April 5th. Rev. B. Townsend, his pastor, conducted burial services, and Mr. L. Moon made an appropriate little talk of his every day life, which was very beautiful.
