Gertrude R. Just was born Gertrude Phillips on December 25, 1897, at Bavaria, Kansas. She moved from Salina to Amity, Oregon, in 1991. She died August 17, 1995, at McMinnville, Oregon.
Mrs. Just was a housekeeper and was active in the First Baptist Church of Salina. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank A. in 1955; and a daughter, Dorothy Terzian in 1987.
Survivors included seven sons, Louis, Jack, Frank Jr., Vernon, Gail, Glen and Gary; a daughter, Doris Keith; 21 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
