90, of Sherman died at 6:25 p.m. Saturday at St. John's Hospital.
She was born Sept. 20, 1901, in Kilbourne, the daughter of Benjamin F. and Anna Miller Phillips. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence E. Kramer.
Mrs. Kramer was formerly active in a King's Daughters Circle.
Surviving are a son, Wilford J. of Stuttgart, Germany, and a daughter, Audrey P. Mottier of Mandeville, La.
Entombment will be in Oak Ridge Mausoleum. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
