LEETONIA - David Harvey Phillips, 70, of Leetonia, died at 8:20 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2011, at his home.
Services will be held on Saturday at 3 p.m. at the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen Funeral Home in Salem with Chap. Sylvia Beard of Southern Care Hospice officiating. The burial will follow in Franklin Square Cemetery, a time of visitation will be held one hour prior.
