Linda Mae Phagan Green, 69, of Wichita Falls, passed away Tuesday, April 17, 2012.
The graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, April 21, 2012 at Vashti Cemetery in Vashti, Texas with Rev. Dean Libby, Pastor of University United Methodist Church, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
Linda was born July 15, 1942 in Bowie, Texas to the late John Clarence and Jessie Lily (O'Brien) Phagan. She attended school in Bellevue, Texas. In 1977, she retired from Cryovac in Iowa Park.
She is survived by her son, Warren "Craig" McWhirter and wife Dianna; her daughter, Kellie Dawn Kite all of Wichita Falls; her grandchildren, Zachary Kite, Kayla McWhirter, Sean McWhirter, Amy Ward and husband Zac, Katie Peterson, and Bryan Peterson; her aunts, Myra Nell Blackerby, and Patsy Chadwick; and numerous cousins.
The family will receive friends from 7 until 8 p.m. Friday, April 20, 2012 at Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
