He was a member of Alexandria Christian Church. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of Vietnam and Desert Storm. He retired as a master sergeant.
Survivors include one daughters, Paula Peters Hattaway of Alexandria his father, Harold Peters of Mesquite, Texas his mother, Vera Davis Peters of Inverness, Fla. two brothers, Junior Peters and Calvin Peters, both of
Inverness, Fla. three sisters, Susie Hall, Judy Kuykendall and Elizabeth MacArthur, all of Mesquite, Texas and two grandchildren.
Friends may call in the funeral home today from 4-10 p.m. and in the church Tuesday from 1 p.m. until time of services. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, 605C Medical Center Drive, Alexandria, La. 71301-8127.
