Annie Hubert is a daughter of Ben Hubert, of Bryan, and a native of Polk county, this State [Texas]. She comes of one of the early settled families of Texas, her father having moved to this State about 1836, and she is herself a good type of one of this great State's best products, an intelligent and refined lady, and affectionate wife and mother. In May 1869, she married Judge Perry. To this union five children have been born, all of whom are living. These, in the order of their ages, are: Annie Belle Perry, Preston H. Perry, Milton Carroll Perry, Jimmie F. Perry and Earl Perry. Both she and her husband are embers of the Baptist Church, and are liberal in their charities as well as zealous in the interests of their church. From History of Texas, Together with a Biographical History of Milam, Williamson, Bastrop, Travis, Lee and Burleson Counties
