VERNON, Ala. - Sheri Lynn Brewer, 49, died March 28, 2012, at her residence. Services are today at 2 p.m. at Chandler Funeral Home with Wade Peoples officiating. Burial will follow in Springfield Freewill Cemetery in Vernon. Ms. Brewer was born Feb. 3, 1963, in Arcadia, Fla., to Madeline Pennington and the James Walter Pennington. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her second father, Leathal Pennington. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her brothers, Robin and Ronald Brewer, both of Vernon, and Steve Brewer of Guin, Ala.; and sister, Earline Pennington of Vernon.
