Born September 1, 1960 in Rochester, she was the daughter of Maria Rossi of Midland and the late Joseph Rossi. Carmella was a 1978 graduate from Midland Lincoln High School. As well, she was a 1982 graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Industrial Engineering. Carmella received her Master's in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY. She was employed for 20 years with IBM, and a member of St. Mary's Church, Wappingers Falls, NY. The love of her life was raising her cherished daughter Victoria.
In addition to her mother, she will be sadly missed by her loving husband of 19 years, Mitchell J. Pemberton, and her adoring daughter, Victoria Maria Pemberton; sister, Adele Rossi of Midland, and her brother, Ottavio Joseph Rossi of Stow, OH, also, very special loving relatives, the Esposito Family of Midland.
Friends will be received Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the SCHWERHA-NOLL FUNERAL HOME, 600 Beaver Ave., Midland. Online condolences may be shared at nollfuneral.com. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at St. Blaise Church, Midland with Fr. Michael Yaksick as celebrant.
Interment will follow in Beaver Cemetery.
