Brandon was born on February 3, 1988 in Virginia Beach, VA to Monica E. Peller and Sebastian F. Jefferson.

Brandon obtained his education in both the Virginia Beach and Norfolk Public School systems. At the age of 16, he completed high school and completed several higher education courses at ITT Technical Institute in Norfolk, VA. He had dreams of designing video games and opening his own business. He was working as a Brick Mason.

As a child, Brandon became a member of and was baptized at Union Baptist Church under the pastorate of the late Rev. Dr. S.L. Scott, Jr. and sang in the youth choir.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his girlfriend, Wanda; son, Dymir Peller both of Virginia Beach; his mother and stepfather, Monica and Will Johnson of Portsmouth; his father, Sebastian Jefferson of Atlanta, GA; sisters, Ariel Peller of Norfolk, Jalisa Peller of Virginia Beach, Deja Washington of Portsmouth and Aleecia Johnson of Herndon, VA; brothers, Kevin Peller of Norfolk, Darrius Madkins, Markale Madkins, Derrick Madkins all of Burlington, NC and Sabur Johnson of Herndon, VA; great-grandmothers, Mary Burrows and Queen Douglas; grandmothers, Gloria Williams (Ivan), Lillie Lane and Natalie Jefferson, grandfather, James Peller, Jr.; one niece, four nephews, four aunts, two uncles, and a host of cousins, other family members and beloved friends.
