Driving Rain
Injured Reported Improving;
Rites Wednesday
for Victims
The seven people injured in the
wreck at Anoka Junction 4:20
p.m. Sunday which killed Mrs.
Edna E. Butler, Mrs. Dorothy
Booth, and three-month-old Patricia
Maxine Booth, were reported
in fair to good, condition
by Memorial hospital authorities
yesterday. One was released.
Rex Booth, Gaston, driver of
the pickup truck involved in the
accident, was dismissed from the
hospital. He had suffered cuts and
Harry D. Butler, Kokomo, who
suffered fractured ribs, lacera-
tions and bruises; and Betty
Mumaw, Greentown spinal injuries;
were reported in fair
Nancy Butler, fractured leg and
face cuts; Evelyn Booth, fractured
leg; and Daniel Booth,
skull fracture and cuts, were
reported to be in good condition
Plan Double Rites
Double funeral services for Mrs.
Dorothy Maxine Booth, and her
baby daughter, Patricia Maxine,
will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at
the McCloskey-Hamilton chapel.
Reverend V. 0. Vernon will
officiate and the burial will be at
the Davis cemetery near Burnettsville,
TUESDAY, JULY 10, 1951
