GAMLEY: Frances Gamley (Nee Peat) born in 1917 at Alexander, MB, passed away in Brandon on Friday, July 20, 2012. She is survived by her two daughters, Peggy (Bernie) Meek and Joyce Speers, her sister, Margaret MacMillan, and her sister-in-law, Isabelle (Clayton) Heron. She also leaves six grandchildren; Lesli Meek (Jeff Helash), Leeanne Meek (Ross Metcalfe), Lyle (Dawn) Meek, Darryl (Celia) Speers, Sherri Speers, Warren (Kim) Speers and seven great grandchildren; Ashlyn Sutherland, McKenzie and Jovie Meek, Sarah-Jane and Kevin Speers, and Garnett and Emily Speers. Frances was predeceased by her parents. Philip and Bessie Peat, her husband, Alf Gamley, her special friend, Jack Thompson, her sister, Dorothy Krawchuk, and her son-in-law, Ralph Speers. A service of interment will be held at Alexander Cemetery on Monday, July 23, 2012 at 12:30 pm followed by the Memorial service at Memories Chapel at 2:00 pm. Rev. Wayne Sanderson of Trinity United Church will officiate. If desired donations in memory of Frances may be made to the Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation for the Westman Cancer Care Facility- Sense of Home, 150 McTavish Avenue E. Brandon, MB R7A 2B3.
