PAYNE, Anna Mae (Mack) age 90 of Dayton, OH, passed away Tuesday, August 12, 2014. Anna was born April 21, 1924 in Dayton, OH, daughter of the late William and Elizabeth (Kender) Mack. She was a member of St. Rita Catholic Church. Anna proudly served her country in the US Women's Army Air Corps. during WWII. She graduated from Roosevelt High School Class of 1942. Anna retired from Lucas Ledex in Vandalia, OH in 1989 after 25 years of service.
Mrs. Payne is survived by her son, Mark (Karen) Payne; son-in-law, Rick Cornett; 4 grandchildren, Melissa, Lisa, Shane and Megan; 5 great-grandchildren; many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Payne; daughter, Linda Cornett.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Rita Catholic Church, 5401 N. Main St., Dayton, OH 45415, Fr. Timothy Knepper, C.PP.S celebrant. Interment Calvary Cemetery.
