Mr. Patty is also survived by seven grandchildren: Jeff Patty and wife Lindsey; Mark Patty and wife Sarah; Ryan Patty; Jake Patty; Travis Patty; Lindsey Patty, Joseph Patty and wife Courtney; a great grandchild, Emma Lynne Patty; and one brother, Stanton Patty and wife Mabel of Vancouver, Wash.

Mr. Patty was preceded in death by his parents, a beloved granddaughter, Jennifer Patty, and his oldest brother, Ernest Patty, Jr.

A memorial service was held Sunday, April 26, 2009, at Presbyterian Kirk in the Pines of Hot Springs Village with Rev. William Bailey officiating. A private internment service was held for family.
