PATE, Mozelle Saine, 76, of Okc, passed away June 11, 1993. She was born December 2, 1916 in Manchester, Tenn. Growing up in a family of 9 children, she attended Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, Tenn. After attending school in New York City, she returned to Tennessee and worked for the T.V.A. While working for the F.B.I. in Savannah, Ga., she met Walter Pate Jr. and married him in 1944, moving to Okc in 1945. She raised three sons. She was a charter member of Mayfair Heights United Methodist Church and later a member at St. Luke's United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Walter Pate, Jr.; son, James Pate of Houston, Tx.; son and daughter-in-law, Jack and Diana Pate of Edmond; daughter-in-law, Nancy Pate of Durham, N.C.; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild; brothers, Price and Happy Saine of Manchester, Tenn. and sister, Lila Pope of Ivanhoe, Vi. Services 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 14, 1993 in the Guardian West Chapel.
