Funeral services for Mrs. Carnice Cunningham Pate, 45, were held at the Church of God Friday afternoon with the Rev Ray D. Elders officiating. Burial was in City Cemetery.
Mrs. Pate who was born in Hickman, died at Obion County Hospital following an extended illness Wednesday afternoon. She was married to James Pate Nov. 11, 1953 and they made their home in Union City.
She is survived by two sons, Jack R. Vaughn and Thad Vaughn of Hickman, her mother, Mrs. Daisy Wray Cunningham of Hickman; a brother, Harry Cunningham of Union City, three sisters, Mrs. Cliff Harding and Mrs. Harry Whitlock of Memphis and Mrs. Alex Chludzinski of Detroit; and a number of nieces and nephews.
