Jean Passey Park, age 72, died March 19, 1994 in Sandy, Utah of a stroke.
Born February 7, 1922 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Lorin and Olive M. Sorensen Passey. She married Thomas A. Park on January 23, 1942 in Elko, Nevada. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple on January 23, 1973.
She was active in the LDS Church, Relief Society and in doing temple work. She was a friend to everyone who knew her.
Survived by her husband, one son, Thomas Lynn (Marilyn), Murray; one sister and two brothers, Lorraine Newman (Julian); Hal G. Passey (Karma) and Reid L. Passey (Norma), all of Salt Lake City.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 11:00 a.m., March 22, 1994 in the Brookstone LDS Ward Chapel, 1830 East 6400 South. Friends may call at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 South Highland Drive on Monday evening from 6:30-7:30 p.m. and at the church on Tuesday from 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Entombment Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park & Mausoleum.
