Services at Galatia For John William Parnell
Funeral services for John William Parnell, aged 74, of Route 3, Mountain Home were held Monday at 2 p.m. at Galatia with Bro. Arthur Davis officiating. burial was in the Galatia cemetery.
Mr. Parnell was born April 24, 1885, and was a lifetime resident of this community. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
He is survived by two sons, C. C. Parnell of Mountain Home and Ed Tucker of Little Rock; nine brothers, Earl, Edward, Charlie, Ernie, Bryan, Vernie, Joe, Rudolph and Randolph of Norfork; a sister, Mrs. Pearl Southard of Pomona, Calif.; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Roller Funeral home was in charge of arrangements.
