Phyllis A. Belcher, 82, of Wellsboro, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013, at the Broad Acres Nursing Home.

Visitation is 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, at the Kenyon Funeral Home, 214 W. Main St., Elkland, with funeral service immediately following at 2 p.m. To send an online condolence visit, www.kenyonfuneralhome.com.

Phyllis A. Belcher, 82 of Wellsboro passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at the Broad Acres Nursing Home, Wellsboro, PA.

Born November 6, 1930 in NJ, she is the daughter of the late Floyd and Charlotte (Brady) Parks.

She married Richard Belcher, he passed on May 23, 1979.

She attended the Knoxville Baptist Church and was a member of the CV Snowriders.

Phyllis is survived by her children, Lynn (Reneau) Carl of Atlanta, GA, Lee (Sharon) Carl of Little Marsh, PA and Joy (John) McChesney of Addison, NY; her companion, Tom Spencer of Wellsboro, PA; step children, Thomas Spencer, Jr., Lane Spencer and Susan Holt all of Wellsboro, PA, and Marcia Walk of Virginia; 17 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard; a granddaughter, Clara Carl Calaman and brothers, Burton and Floyd Parks.

Family will receive friends at the Kenyon Funeral Home, 214 W. Main St., Elkland, PA on Saturday, January 12 from 1:00 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held immediately following at 2:00 PM.

Burial in Riverside Cemetery, Knoxville, PA.
