Mr. Parks was a 32nd Degree Mason, as well as a Shriner. He served his country for over 30 years with the Department of Defense. Mr. Parks was a linguistic expert at Lackland AFB and assisted foreign students with the English language. Survivors: loving wife Angela Parks; 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren.
