Early Life/Education: Donna was born July 24, 1929, in Pleasant Grove, Utah, to Archie William and Sybil Moyer Green. She attended Pleasant Grove and American Fork schools.
Life's Work/Service/Interests: On July 8, 1948, she married her sweetheart, Ellis Searle Parker, in the Manti Utah LDS Temple. Throughout her life, she was an independent woman with high values and a strong work ethic. She worked multiple jobs as a telephone operator, nurse, secretary and receptionist, to help provide for her family. As an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she held various callings. Donna loved being a mother, grandmother, family history, painting ceramics, crocheting, quilting, reading, traveling and camping in their trailer. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family and especially attending their recitals and sporting events. Loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister, Donna Vee Green Parker, passed away on January 18, 2014, in American Fork, Utah. She was 84 years old.
Survived By: Her daughters: Diane (Tim) Durrant, Jolene (John) Succo, Janet (Ray) Ellison; grandchildren: Melissa (Wing) Butler, Amanda Durrant, Christian Succo, Nathan (Brianne) Ellison, Jared (Karene) Ellison, Michelle (Cole) Chamberlain; 15 great grandchildren; two sisters, Shirley (Fred) Houston, Kaye (Jerry) Jacob.
