Marguerite Parker Adams, 99, a retired administrative secretary, passed away Tuesday, March 13, 2007, at a local care center.
Funeral: 3:30 p.m. Friday in Mount Olivet Chapel. Burial: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Marguerite was born March 9, 1908, in Fort Worth to Lela and William Parker. She was a member of Eastern Star, two local AARP groups, North Fort Worth Woman's Club and Richland Hills Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom F. Adams; parents; sister, Beatrice Butters; brother, Henry Parker; and foster brother, Bob Hays.
Survivors: Son, Tom R. Adams; daughter, Janice Merrill; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
