Sharon Ann "Shay" Beaumont, 52 of Wichita Falls, passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2011 at United Regional Medical Center. She was born on August 15, 1959 in Carlsbad, NM to Les Parker and Wanda Stuart Pfnister. On November 24, 1984 she married Derrek Beaumont in Graham, Texas. She was a homemaker and a member of Lakeview Church of the Nazarene in Wichita Falls. She was also an associate member of the Marine Corp. League.
She is survived by her husband, Derrek Beaumont of Wichita Falls; father, Les Parker of Midland; mother, Wanda Pfnister of Holliday; children, Jennifer Madera of Santa Rosa, NM, Jason Beaumont of Moriarty, NM, Joshua Beaumont of Wichita Falls and Nikki Beaumont of Wichita Falls; one sister, Janelle Henderson of Ontario, CA; grandchildren, Shane, Desire, Estevan, Nathaniel, Jordan and Dakota. She was preceded in death by one brother, Steven Parker.
Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Thursday, November 17, 2011 at Lakeview Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Matthew Carte officiating. Burial will follow at 2:00 PM Thursday at Fort Sill National Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Wednesday evening at Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Sharon's name to the Rathgeber House, Wichita Falls, Texas.
