Joan R. Palmer has passed into the loving hands of God on Friday, March 12, 2010. She is now at rest and free of the pain she suffered for many years do to illness. Joan was born December 1, 1938 in San Antonio, Texas.
Joan is a past resident of The Dalles, Oregon who has been residing in Yuma, Arizona for the past four years. Joan moved to Yuma in June of 2006 to enjoy the retirement she greatly deserved with her husband Lowell of 48 wonderful years. She will be dearly missed.+
Joan is survived by her husband Lowell and two sons, Dr. Lowell E. Palmer, Jr. of Battleground, Washington, and Special Investigator Shawn Palmer a resident of Yuma. Joan was extremely proud of her three men who in return loved her with all their hearts.
Interment will be graveside services on Thursday, March 18, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Sunset Vista Cemetery between Fortuna and Foothills blvd. on 40th.
