MEMPHIS - Loyd Felbert Palmer, 84, died Tuesday. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Spicer Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Tucker, pastor of the Travis Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in the IOOF Cemetery at Lakeview.

Mr. Palmer was born in Navaho, Okla. He was a retired ceramic tile mechanic. He was married to Fannie Lee Pannell in 1920 in Henrietta. She preceded him in death.

Survivors include a son, Loyd Palmer Jr. of Indio, Calif.; a daughter, Daisy Devaneese of El Centro, Calif.; three brothers, Carl of Wichita Falls, Robert Wayne of Tucson and Hobby of Coleman; seven sisters, Vesta Dobbs of Bridgeport, Mary Surrett of Palestine, Leota Young of Ravenna, Leona Russell of Arlington, Gladys Lee of Hamilton, and Dorothy Seay and Helen Mott, both of Phoenix; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
