This morning at 2 o'clock at her home, 722 Vine street, occurred the death of Mrs. Christina Paarmann at the age of 57 years, 1 month and 28 days. The deceased was born in Holstein, Germany, Jan. 22, 1850, and came to America in 1870.
She is survived by her husband, Hans J. Paarmann, and the following children: J. H., Henry W., John, William and Agnes of this city, and Emil of Stockton, Ia., and also by two brothers, Henry Dreesen of New Hampton, Ia., and John Dreesen of Rock Island. The funeral will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the late home, 722 Vine street. Interment will be made in Fairmount cemetery.
