They returned home in Feb 1919 and Tom was Honorably Discharged on May 3, 1918 as Wagoner of the supply company.

When he died on Aug 30, 1958 he is listed as an 80 year old widowed decorator, residing at 454 E. 46th St., Chicago. He was born April 8, 1878 in Hardinsburg, KY, the son of Kate Morman. He was buried at Burr Oak Cemetery on Sept 5, 1958.
On Nov 14, 1958 a government headstone was shipped to Burr Oak Cemetery to mark Tom's grave as a veteran.
