RANDLEMAN - Mrs. Ruby Beeson, 73, of Randleman died Friday, July 13, 2007, at High Point Regional Hospital.
Mrs. Beeson was born December 3, 1933 in Randolph County a daughter to the late Elsie William and Flossie Lee Sanders Overton. She was a member of Cedar Square Friends Meeting and was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother Martin Overton.
On October 23, 1954, she was married to Richard Beeson Sr. who survives of the home. Also surviving are two sons: Richard (Ricky) Beeson, Jr. and wife Clara of Eustis, Fla., and Robert W. Beeson and wife Kim of Randleman; a daughter Jane R. Beeson of the home; and five grandchildren: Patrick, Casey, Brandi, Marie and Reece Beeson.
Funeral will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Cedar Square Friends Meeting officiated by Rev. Eric Woods and Rev. Ben Hurley. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday night from 7 until 8:30 at Cumby Family Funeral Service in Archdale.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Cedar Square Friends Meeting: 7546 Harlow Rd., Archdale, NC 27263; or to a charity of the donor's choice.
