He enjoyed motorcycle & dirt bike racing and spending time with his friends & family. He was affiliated with the Rockhouse Pentecostal Church - Hyden, KY.
He was preceded in death by his: Maternal Grandparents: Pauline & Birchel Griffie; Aunt: Ethel Griffie; Mother-In-Law: Evalee Eldridge.

Funeral services for Mr. Billy Joe Osborne will be conducted on Thursday - Feb. 17, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. At the Rockhouse Pentecostal Church - Hyden, KY. With Rev. Teddy Couch & Rev. Randy Woods officiating. Burial will follow at the Gillie Osborne Cemetery at Thousandsticks, KY. The following will serve as Pallbearers: Jamie Osborne, Doug Stevens, Bill Eldridge, Joe Osborne, J.L. Osborne, Jerry Woods, Donnie Osborne, Cody Wooton and Brian Hacker. Friends may call for visitation at the church on Tuesday - Feb. 15, 2011 beginning at 6:00 P.M., all day Wednesday - Feb. 16, 2011 and up until the time of the funeral Thursday - Feb. 17, 2011.
