A Wells County native, Ellen M. Armstrong, 73, of Indianapolis died Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2005.
Mrs. Armstrong was a homemaker and a member of the Lawrence Church of the Nazarene.
She was born July 14, 1932, to John Howard and Leita Ardella (Smith) Osborn in Union Township of Wells County. She graduated from Union Center High School.
Her marriage in Bluffton was to Charles R. Armstrong, who preceded her in death.
Survivors include children Mark S., Philip D., Ross H., and Kent D. Armstrong; sisters Rose, Lillian, and Glenna; brothers Bernard and Frank; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A daughter, Susan Armstrong, preceded her in death.
Services were Monday at Flanner & Buchanan Washington Park East Funeral Center.
Calling was Sunday afternoon at the funeral home.
Preferred memorials are to the Diabetes Association.
