Lillian J Olson, age 99, of Mechanicsburg, passed away Sun, Feb 5, at Bethany Village Retirement Community. Born Feb 18, 1912 in Suffern, NY, she was a daughter of the late Chauncy B & Minnie (Johnson) Gregory.
Lillian was a former member of Grace Lutheran Church in Fairmont, WV, the Ladies Golf Association of Fairmont Field Club & the Fairmont Duplicate Bridge Associate. In more recent yrs., her greatest love was spending time with family & friends.
Lillian was preceded in death by her husband, Anker Olson & her son Robert Anker Olson. She is survived by her daughter Carol Clelland & her husband Kenneth Clelland Jr of Carlisle; her daughter-in-law Nancy Olson of VA Beach, VA; her 5 grandchildren, Kent Clelland of Munich, Germany, Christine Stallkamp of Gladwyn, PA, Marilyn Brown of Richmond, VA, Cheryl Elliott of VA Beach, VA, & Stacy Parsons of Chesapeake, VA; her 6 great-grandchildren, Emily & Eric Parsons, Megan Elliott Brady & Jameson Stallkamp & Claire Brown.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Fri, Feb 10 at Malpezzi Funeral Home, 8 Market Plaza Way, Mechanicsburg where there will be a visitation from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm. Graveside services will take place at 1:00pm Mon., Feb 13 in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Fairmont, WV
