DUKE, HELEN JOYCE "OLLER," 72, went to be with Jesus, Tuesday, January 2, 2007 at Norton Audubon Hospital. She was a former employee of the Kentucky State YMCA, a former caregiver, a member of the Eastern Star Chapter #65 and Victory General Baptist Church, where she faithfully and proudly served Jesus. Mrs. Duke is survived by two daughters, Charlotte Southern (Dallas) and Diane White (Joe); one son, Bruce Anderson (Carla); grandchildren, Michael, Joyce, Roxanne, Patrick, Paul, Heather, Stephanie, Daniel, William and Lorinda; great-grandchildren, Mataya, Bailey, Shilee, Kansas and another coming in April; and a number of nieces, nephews and many faithful friends. Her funeral is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Victory General Baptist Church, 4503 Rose Farm Dr., with burial in McCrady Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Olaton, KY. Her visitation is 3-8 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy. There will also be a one-hour visitation at 1 p.m. (CDT) Saturday at McCrady Creek Baptist Church.
