Mrs. Smith was born Mar 28, 1920 in Camden, Arkansas & died Oct 22, 2011 in West Monroe. She was a homemaker and a member of the Pentecostals of the Twin Cities.
She was preceded in death by her husband Carlton Smith in 1990; a son, Jerry in Jan 2011; a great great-grandson Micah in 2006; two sisters, and a brother.
Survivors include her daughters, Mrs. Theresa Taylor and husband Walter, and Mrs. Reba Thurmon; son, James Smith and wife Sharon; daughter-in-law Rita Smith; brother Terrence Oliver and wife Shirley; eleven grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and five great great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers are her grandsons.
