Charles R. Ogline was the birth son of Edward Earl Ogline and Emma Pearl Naugle. After his parents had divorced in 1952. Edward Earl remarried as did Emma Naugle. Before Emma's remarriage, she'd given up parental rights giving away Charles & his siblings Edward & Virginia to what today (2014) is referred to as foster care. Each child thereafter was raised by a different family. When Charles reached the Age of majority he ran away from Somerset County where he was born and never looked back settling in Frederick County, Maryland. All his adult life he choose to be homeless living a day to day existance having no contact with either of his birth parents and minimal contact with his elder brother Edward Jr., & sister Virginia. On September 3, 2013 Charles fell unconscience onto a Frederick Maryland sidewalk. Transported by ambulance to The Frederick Memorial Hospital, he died @ Age 65 September 6, 2013.
Unable to determine the names or addresses of any relations or family members, his body was transported to the the Maryland State Anatomy Board Office in Baltimore, Maryland where cremation was arranged. Non-ancestor relation G. Charles Ogline Lantay receiving an E-mail from the Frederick Community Action Agency in reply to inquiry about Charles' death arranged & paid for his return and subsequent burial of his remains in Somerset County next to his Ogline birth father (Edward Earl Ogline 1916-1974) & grandparents.
