Birth: Jan. 27, 1749
Death: Jul. 6, 1809

He lived in his country estate "Belair" in Bowie, Prince George's County, Maryland. He was the Third Lieutenant of Captain Samuel Harvey Howard's Independent Company of Militia in the City of Annapolis. He was also the governor of the state of Maryland 1798-1801.

His obit states he was buried at his farm outside of Annapolis. At this time I have not been able to pinpoint where that is but am still working on it.
