MURTIE L. O'BRIEN DIES AT HIS HOME
Williamsburg. June 30-Murtie L. O'Brien died at his home on Main Street, Haydenville this afternoon after a long illness. He was born in Williamsburg, son of the late Dennis and Margaret O'Brien. His early life was spent here, where he attended the public schools. Fifty years ago he moved to Haydenville, where he had since lived and been employed at the Haydenville Brass company. He was a member of the Haydenville club and for several years served the town as special police officer.
He married Miss Alice Riley, who died several years ago. He leaves three children, a daughter, Helen, at home; two sons, Frank of Haydenville, and George of Springfield; also six grandchildren; a brother, Dennis O'Brien of St. Paul, Minn., and several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held Thursday morning at 8.15 at the Mansfield funeral home, followed by a high mass of requiem St Mary's church at 9. Burial will be in St Mary's cemetery.

Kilkenny, Ireland - 30 Mar 1896 Williamsburg, Hampshire, Massachusetts, USA), both of whom are probably buried in Saint Mary Cemetery, Northampton, Massachusetts.
