Sgt. Charles Yates Nunn age 37 of Glasgow died Monday at his home in
Glasgow. He was the son of the late Charles Yates Nunn Sr and Cathy Gibson
Nunn of Edmonton who survives. Charles was a Army veteran and formerly
employed by the Kentucky Army National Guard. He was a member of the
Edmonton Baptist Church and a 1991 graduate of Metcalfe County High School.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Thursday at Butler Funeral Home in
Edmonton with burial in the Edmonton Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00
PM until 8:00 PM Wednesday and after 9:00 AM Thursday at the funeral home.
Besides his mother he is survived by four children. Travis, Isaac, Eli and Liberty
Nunn all of Glasgow. His maternal grandparents Welby and Rosie Gibson of
Edmonton. A sister in law Amy Nunn of Brownsville. Two nephews Zachary and
Grayson Nunn both of Brownsville. Besides his father he was preceded in death
by one brother Joe Reid Nunn.
