Services for Johnnie Virginia Brown of Libuse, LA will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, November 15, 2007, at the Chapel of Hixson Brothers, Pineville with Reverends Dianne E. Brown and Charles "Sonny" Nugent officiating. Burial will be at Heard Cemetery in Manifest, Louisiana.
Mrs. Brown, 75, of Libuse, died Tuesday, November 13, 2007, at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria.
She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Pineville. Mrs. Brown was a former employee at Carolyn's Crafts in Pineville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alan L. Brown; parents, Johnny and Esther Rush Nugent; grandson, Todd Hollingsworth; brother, Buddy Nugent.
