Funeral for Sallie Minnie Bradford, 97, of Decatur will be Wednesday, Aug. 4, 2004, at 2 p.m. at Parkview Baptist Church with Dr. Todd Evans officiating and Roselawn Funeral Home directing. The body will be at the church one hour prior to the service.
Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Town Creek. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Bradford died Friday, July 30, 2004, at Decatur General Hospital. She was born Sept. 17, 1906, in Town Creek to William Henry Norton and Alice Key Norton. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Bradford; and her grandson, Ronald E. Lewter.
Survivors include one daughter, Billie Yvonne Bradford Lewter of Decatur; and two great-great-grandchildren, Michelle Lewter Eppard and husband Chris, and Michael Lewter, all of Marietta, Ga.
